What does a valuation report include? The format of our valuation report will vary depending on purpose, though will usually include a brief description of the property and our opinion of the market value.

Will a valuation tell me about the condition of the property?Major issues which could affect the value of the property may be flagged up, though you should bear in mind that a Valuation will NOT include a full survey. If advice on the condition of the property is required, a more detailed survey would be appropriate.

Can the valuation report be used in applying for a mortgage?A valuation report may well be required when applying for a mortgage. However most lenders will only be able to use their own panel valuers.
